TB HE session at Kalay

TB health educational session was conducted by community prevention worker, Thang Suan Kam from Best Shelter team at Pyin Taw Thar village, Kalay Township on January 2024. The session aimed to educate and raise awareness among community members, particularly drug users, about the risks of TB infection and the importance of preventive measures.

With drug use being a vulnerable population at higher risk of TB infection due to various factors, including weakened immune systems and living conditions, the session sought to empower individuals with knowledge to protect themselves and their communities.

besides, referral services to AHRN to access necessary testing and treatment were provided for individuals suspected of TB infection, ensuring that those in need could access timely medical evaluation and treatment.

တီဘီရောဂါ အသိပညာပေးဆေးနွေးပွဲကို ကလေးမြို့နယ် ပြင်တော်သာကျေးရွာတွင် ၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ် ဇန်နဝါရီလတွင် Best Shelter (အရိပ်စစ်)အဖွဲ့မှရပ်ရွာကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်ရေးလုပ်သား ထန်ကျန်းခမ်မှ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါပညာပေးဆွေးနွေးပွဲသည် ရပ်ရွာလူထုအပါအဝင် မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးသုံးစွဲသူများ အကြားတီဘီ ရောဂါကူးစက်မှုအန္တရာယ်နှင့် ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်ခြင်း၏အရေးပါမှုတို့ကို အသိပညာပေး မြှင့်တင်ရန်ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။ မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးသုံးစွဲခြင်းများကြောင့် ကိုယ်ခံအားစနစ်အားနည်းနေသည့် ဘဝနေထိုင်မှုအခြေအနေ များကြောင့် တီဘီရောဂါကူးစက်နိုင်ခြေ အများဆုံးဖြစ်နိုင်သောကြောင့်  ရောဂါကာကွယ်ရေးနည်းလမ်းများဆိုင်ရာ ဗဟုသုတများပေးခြင်းဖြင့် မူးယစ်ဆေးသုံးစွဲသူများသည် မိမိတို့ကိုယ်တိုင်ကော၊ မိမိပတ်ဝန်းကျင်မှ လူများကို တီဘီရောဂါကူးစက်မှုအန္တရာယ်များ လျော့ချနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါ့အပြင် လိုအပ်သောဆေးစစ်ချက်များနှင့် ကုသမှုများကို ရယူနိုင်ရန် AHRN(နားခိုရာ) ဆေးခန်းသို့လွဲပြောင်းပေးခြင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို ထောက်ပံပေးခဲ့ပါသည်။
